Ochsner Fitness Center is Ochsner’s newest health club. It is a family-friendly fitness club for members of all ages and abilities and is connected to the Elmwood Fitness Center family allowing for members to use all four Elmwood Fitness Center locations on weekends.

We offer a wide range of specialty programs from kids to seniors including childcare programs, performance programs for athletes, senior programs, weight management and special populations programs.

Ochsner Fitness Center is staffed by the most educated and experienced professionals in the field, and all team members are CPR certified.

Ochsner Fitness Center is a Service of Ochsner, which is one of the largest health and fitness facilities in the region. Physical fitness with confidence is just one example of how Ochsner, a non-profit healthcare provider, is committed to making an ongoing difference in the health of our community.

Hours:

5:30am – 8:30pm, Monday - Friday    8:00am – 5:00pm on Saturday  1:00pm – 5:00pm  on Sunday.

Ages:  14 and up for membership; childcare is available for children 6 weeks to 8 years of age for a nominal fee.  Please call for childcare hours and reservations.
