Wild Card Class Descriptions:

Open Gym: Build muscle strength and tone specific muscles on kid friendly weight training equipment.  Weight training certification is available, contact Michael Heim for more details.

Cardio Glide: (30 minutes) A great cardio workout using the Reebok Slides working on balance, toning muscle and increasing the heart rate.  Come join us and have a sliding good time!

Cardio Kickboxing: (30 minutes) Cardio Kickboxing is a great cardio workout where participants will learn punching techniques while integrating cardio routines. 

Spinning: (30 minutes; limit 14 participants) Your Journey begins here! Enjoy riding a spinning bike listening to upbeat music as an instructor leads you through an exciting ride.  This whole body workout focuses on increasing heart rate & lower body strength.

Hard Core: (45 minutes) Experience a great workout based off the exercise ball to work specific muscle groups and strengthen core stability and balance.

Crunch Time: (15 minutes) Come join us in a quick 15-minute abs class solely working on core strength.  A variety of abdominal exercises are integrated into this class.

Boot Camp: (30 minutes) “Left, Left, Left, Right, Left” Boot camp is a great overall body workout working all muscle groups while training the cardiovascular system.

Flexibility Formula: (15 minutes) This is a great way to increase flexibility by using a variety of stretching techniques and warming up cold muscles before starting a cardio workout.

Funky Cardio: (45 minutes) High intensity, low impact floor exercises designed for all fitness levels.  Includes a half-hour of intense cardiovascular exercise with a toning and stretching segment at the end.  It’s a great cardiovascular workout and tons of fun!  Parents are welcome!

Drums Alive: (45 minutes) Create your own new rhythm!  This class combines hi/lo cardio and toning all while beating on an exercise ball with drumsticks.  So come on…Make Some Noise!
