Ochsner Fitness Center at Heritage Plaza combines the equipment and services of a large club at 20,000 square feet with the friendly, personal atmosphere and excellent service of a small club. 

Our Heritage club features men's and women's whirlpools, saunas, and steam rooms, an indoor pool, and complete lines of Technogym, Hammer Strength, and Keiser equipment. We also offer a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment and group classes, including Spinning®, Body Pump®, Kickboxing, yoga and more. After your workout, treat yourself to a smoothie from the supplement bar.

Heritage members may use the Harahan facility for no charge from noon on Friday through Sunday evenings.
