CHIZEL
CHIZEL- Challenge yourself!!!! A 60 minute total body strength class. Concentration on gluts, legs, upper body and abs. This class will push you to the max.Weights, tubing, balls and other equipment utilized.(All levels)

PILATES
using lengthening, toning and strengthening exercises based on Pilate technique.Bring a mat and take your shoes off and get ready to stretch and tone yourself to a new level. Your back and abdominals will thank you. (Beginner/ Intermediate levels)
SILVER SNEAKER I
Muscular strength and range of movement class designed for older adults. Exercises include work for all major muscle groups addressing strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, agility, speed and power.
SILVER SNEAKER II
Cardio circuit class.Requires experience with exercise activities. Advanced levels of agility, balance, and coordination. Non-impact cardiovascular conditioning class presented in a circuit format with alternating resistance tool work and aerobics presented in a circuit format.
SPINNING
40-60 minute ride taught within one of the Energy Zones (Endurance, Strength, Interval, Race Day and Recovery).Each class is taught within a certain Heart Rate parameter and cadence range.This class will fill the needs of the average cardio exerciser and the triathlete alike. Voucher ticket required for all classes. Tickets distributed at the front desk.
STEP
a 60 minute step class where sophisticated choreography and high energy music create a challenging workout for the intermediate to advanced stepper.
STEP FUSION
This class does it all.A total body workout that combines, step, strength and interval circuits.Come challenge yourself.
TURBO KICK®
TURBO KICK® ultimate cardiovascular challenge with a hip hop flavor, complete with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a Tai-Chi like cool-down.
YOGA STRETCH SILVER SNEAKER
Yoga Stretch- will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
ZUMBA®
ZUMBA- fusion of Latin & International music utilizing the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.Mixes body sculpting with easy to follow dance steps
