Today, you can choose from four convenient locations in the New Orleans area – two are open 24 hours a day. Here, you’ll find some of the most innovative programs and equipment in the country. What’s more, you’ll find the best version of yourself.

Ochsner Fitness Center is a service of Ochsner Health System. Physical fitness with confidence is just one example of how Ochsner, a non-profit healthcare provider, is committed to making an ongoing difference in the health of our community. You do not need to have a relationship with an Ochsner physician to join. Our membership is open to the entire community.
