Since we first opened our doors, Ochsner Fitness Center has been a place where members young and old, at all fitness levels, have felt welcome. Today, you can choose from three convenient locations in the New Orleans area – one is open 24 hours a day. Here, you'll find some of the most innovative programs and equipment in the country. What's more, you'll find the best version of yourself.

Ochsner Fitness Center is a service of Ochsner Health System. Physical fitness with confidence is just one example of how Ochsner, a non-profit healthcare provider, is committed to making an ongoing difference in the health of our community. You do not need to have a relationship with an Ochsner physician to join. Our membership is open to the entire community.

Virtual Workouts and Club Reservations with our FITT Lab App

Using our new FITT Lab App, you can make club reservations to book your swim lane, group fitness class spot, Ride Lab Bike, and more. Click for a tutorial on app booking.

In addition to bookings, Stay FITT and follow along to virtual fitness classes with your favorite OFC Trainers (over 90 fitness and meditation videos available with more added each week!) 

 

 

Extra Precautions & Screening Processes For Your Safety

Rest assured we are taking extra precautions to make your safety our top priority.

Member safety is our top priority, and we are closely following government and CDC guidelines to keep you as safe and healthy as possible. Heightened sanitation protocols, visual social distancing reminders, expanded cleaning, as well as availability of sanitization wipes and hand sanitizer.
